Relief valves
Consolidated offers a wide range of options and configurations for different applications in multiple industries, spring or pilot actuated.
1900-30 Safety Valve
The Series 1900-30 valve is fitted with a balanced bellows to compensate for the effects of variable back pressure. By isolating the upper structure and facilitating the use of more economical materials, the bellows is also a cost-effective solution in applications where the valve is exposed to corrosive or high viscosity fluids.

19000 Safety and relief valve
The Series 19000 Safety and Relief Valve is certified to ASME and PED standards. Meets and exceeds API seat tightness valve seat. The 19000 offers higher blowdown capacity and performance on many types of environments. In most cases, it does not require part changes to handle different environments.

Safety valves for steam
BHGE Consolidated safety valves meet the requirements of the ASME Boiler code, section I. Their design incorporates many features that meet the ASME requirements for steam compressible fluids. For example, instead of deadweight levers or weighted levers, all models have a lifting lever, per code requirements for testing. Consolidated safety valves can withstand set pressure up to 103%, with 4% blowdown, or 96% of set point before valve returns to normal position.
1700 Series maxiflow safety Valve
The 1700 maxiflow high pressure safety valve is a premium product that is installed in most power plants worldwide to help protect boilers from overpressure conditions.
